Jeanette Zhou

Chairman & CEO - Jaguar

Jeanette Zhou (Founder and Chairwoman, Jaguar) – Jeanette has over 25 years of enterprise investment experience in telecommunication, wireless last-mile solutions, and software content production/distribution in gaming and film. Her current focus in investing in digital media streaming worldwide. Her motto is “Discover fast and contribute fast”. Jeanette completed her studies at University of Ottawa Law School.

Alan Pao

CTO – Jaguar | President – Tunnel

Alan founded Tunnel Post in 2005. He helped develop Tunnel’s proprietary digital intermediate workflow, oversaw all services and software development, and collaborated on many hundreds of feature films and TV shows. In so doing, Alan expanded Tunnel into one of the premiere full-service post-production companies in the industry, leading to it being purchased by Jaguar in 2017. Alan has orchestrated over $150M of financing for over 100 projects, including The November Man, It Follows, Gook and The Chair. He holds a B.S. from UCLA.

Joseph Dang

CBDO – Tunnel Digital | VP Business Development – Jaguar

Joseph has over 15 years of experience in varying roles around product management, software and business development. Before joining Jaguar, he ran his own independent consultancy in the media and entertainment space, focusing on digital media asset management, workflow engines, ordering and distribution systems. Joseph graduated from UCSD with a B.S. in Computer Science.

Chris Moore

Business Consultant – Jaguar

Chris graduated from Harvard University and began as a literary agent, selling many scripts that became highly successful films, such as Last Action Hero and My Girl. This led to Chris becoming a producer and forming one of Hollywood’s most legendary relationships, when he hired Matt Damon and Ben Affleck to write the screenplay for Good Will Hunting. The three then founded LivePlanet, which produced the TV series Project Greenlight as well as several feature films. In 1999, Chris produced what would become one of the most successful film franchises of all time: American Pie. The $11M low-budget film grossed a whopping $235M worldwide and spawned a slew of highly successful sequels, which Chris also produced. In 2016, Chris produced Manchester By The Sea, for which he was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Picture, amongst 5 other nominations.

Heather Toll

EVP Operations – Tunnel Post

Over the past ten years, Heather has shepherded over 100 projects of all shapes and sizes through post-production at Tunnel. Primarily responsible for Tunnel’s operations, Heather’s main objective is always to support the filmmaker and his or her creative process. She holds an MBA in Finance and Informations Systems from Loyola Marymount, and a BFA in Theatrical Design and Production from University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music.

Stephen Kowalski

VP Operations – Tunnel Digital

Stephen has 20 years of experience leading technology and operations teams. As Head of Engineering for RED Interactive and VP of RED Games, he built new platforms and services for companies like Disney, ESPN, Netflix, Nickelodeon, Ferrari and Hasbro. At Nordstrom, he launched NordstromRack.com and was responsible for data and scalability for the $750M e-commerce site.
